Why This Resource Exists
Thurston County does not have a public warrant list located in the official sources reviewed for this project. That makes routing more useful than a copied roster. County Court handles traffic, ordinance, misdemeanor, infraction, and preliminary-hearing matters. The Clerk of the District Court handles felony, family, and contempt records. The Sheriff serves process and has law-enforcement duties. These offices answer different questions.
Pages are written around those local distinctions and the limits of Nebraska public access.
What the Pages Include
The reference pages describe Nebraska JUSTICE case searches, case-number lookups, County Court and District Court contacts, the Thurston County Sheriff, public-record requests, access limits, traffic and ordinance routing, and the separate Winnebago Tribal Court and Police contacts. City profiles cover Pender, Winnebago, Walthill, Rosalie, and the Village of Thurston in certified population order.
Source links point to county, state, tribal, and federal offices. A page names research gaps when no official local portal or list was found.
What This Resource Cannot Do
No page can confirm a live warrant for a particular person. Only the issuing court controls whether an order is active, recalled, served, or subject to a new appearance. The Sheriff can explain service and safe process, but does not replace the court clerk. Nebraska JUSTICE can show case activity, but it is not a warrant registry and has a stated lag.
Do not treat a blank search as proof that no warrant exists. Do not pay an unsolicited caller. Nebraska Judicial Branch warns against phone, text, and email warrant demands.
Search Partners and Official Sources
Some content pages include the template's sponsored search widget. It is not an official Nebraska court service. Official links in the writing lead to Thurston County, Nebraska Judicial Branch, Nebraska statutes, the Nebraska State Patrol, Winnebago Tribal Police and Court, the U.S. Marshals, or PACER. Confirm contact details before traveling or sending a payment.
